My wife and I just purchased a 2017 F-250 Lariat Turbo-Diesel from Bill Stack at Boulevard Ford of Georgetown. Even though we had to drive 90 minutes to their dealership, it was the easiest and fastest purchase of a vehicle that we have ever had. I called Bill late one evening and was provided a much better price than from area dealers, then drove down the next morning to have my trade evaluated. I signed the papers that same day, and then we went down again a few days later to pick up our new truck. I had been negotiating prices from several Wilmington dealers, as well as one from Baltimore. Georgetown was significantly better, and they even offered to deliver the truck to us. We, however, declined as we wanted to drive it home.

Excellent service. Shirlee, the service advisor, was knowledgeable and efficient. Had service on my 2005 Escape last year. Experienced engine performance problem in March 2016. This was promptly diagnosed as a defective spark plug. The plug was replaced under the parts warranty! Thanks, Mike Roob

As a New Delawarian preparing to retire, it was great to establish a positive relationship with a tenured, knowledgeable and professional staff. I checked online to see if they had the truck I was looking for, found the exact vehicle very quickly and left my name. Scott III called me back within minutes and invited me in to see the vehicle in person. I set an appointment and was met at the door when I arrived by Scott III, with the truck I had picked out all cleaned sitting right there. Scott did an amazing walk around of the vehicle, explaining its features followed by a test drive. He answered all my questions and applied no pressure at any time. I explained what my goals and objectives were and with the help of Scott I, the GSM we were able to meet those objectives. I said I would like to show the truck to my wife and they graciously accommodated that request with a dealer tag, full tank of gas and an overnight trip home to Bethany. Came back the next day and finalized the deal with another good experience in the finance office. The delivery went smooth with the truck fully detailed when I was ready to leave. Scott walked me through the Service Department and the Parts Department introducing me to the Service Manager and Parts Department clerk. Boulevard Ford won me over by exceeding my expectations. I am looking forward to that same experience in the Service Department. I Love my New F150 and would highly recommend Boulevard Ford's Professional and Friendly Sales TEAM.

On a late Saturday evening I searched for a Honda Element and Boulevard/PRESTON had one. I called hoping to just leave a message; however Mr. Ray Turner-Salesperson at Boulevard answered the phone and I was able to establish a link with the dealership. Needless to say, it was a very pleasant surprise to hear a "human" at the other end of the proverbial line. I made an appointment for the following Monday, which Ray reminded me via e-mail. Drove the car. Liked the car, decided to make an offer with some conditions which Boulevard management accepted and we made a deal. They worked on the brakes, which one of the conditions...while I waited. However, half way to my house a Tire Pressure Management System warning light came on. I talked to Ray about it and he indicated that he would request the light to be checked by a Ford Preston dealership close to my house which was performing the MD inspection. When the Ford dealership was not able to fix the warning light, Ray mediated in my favor with his managers for the Element be fixed at a Salisbury Honda dealership. I expressed to Ray that the kind of customer service, staying behind the product they sell, is very uncommon nowadays. Thank you Ray and your dealership for making the car buying experience a very rewarding one!!! Next time I need a car or know of someone who needs a car I will call Ray Turner at Preston Boulevard in Georgetown, DE.
